Thought you might want to know about this, it has the same goals as Wikipedia:WikiProject Photography, but is better organized. If you have any questions, please contact me on my talk page. --Gphototalk 19:20, 30 November 2006 (UTC)
Hello! A while ago you signed up to help translate articles from other Wikipedias at Wikipedia:Translators available.
This page has since become obsolete and has been replaced by two userbox templates.
If you are still interested in translating, you may sign up again by using one of the following userboxes on your userpage (while changing, of course, the codes according to the languages you speak):
{{Translator|es|Spanish}} {{Proofreader|fr|French}}
We hope to see you soon on Wikipedia:Translation!
Sausenburg
[edit]Greetings, I am trying to get an article written about a castle ruin in the Schwarzwald. There is a German Wikipedia article on Sausenburg, but my translation skills are very sub-par. Would you be willing to help by taking a look at this article, and the sandbox version in my userspace? Thanks a lot.--Eva bd 13:28, 8 February 2007 (UTC)
Hi. I see that you can translate Hungarian. I wrote up an article for Palmay, but many of the weblinks for her are in Hungarian. Could you please take a look at http://www.szineszkonyvtar.hu/contents/p-z/palmayelet.htm and http://www.sosantikvarium.hu/kezirat46.html and let me know if I missed anything notable (or just add it to the article)?
Thanks for any help! -- Ssilvers 19:51, 21 February 2007 (UTC)
You are invited to join WikiProject TRANSWIKI and join the sub language project of your choice. The aim is to draw up a full directory of missing articles from other wikipedias by language and build a team of translators to work at bridging the gaps in knowledge between other wikipedias. Translation
[edit]Hello. I was on Wikipedia:Translators available and notice that you were on the list for German to English translators and wondered if you could translate de:Louis Philippe Marie Léopold d’Orléans, prince de Condé to Louis d'Orléans, Prince of Condé? Thank you.--The Emperor's New Spy (talk) 18:15, 20 April 2013 (UTC)
- Hello, there's no need to deal with this. The Emperor's New Spy has been asking quite a lot of translators and Bermicourt was the fastest to create the article. De728631 (talk) 21:10, 20 April 2013 (UTC)
Your account will be renamed
[edit]Hello,
The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere. This will let us give you new features that will help you edit and discuss better, and allow more flexible user permissions for tools. One of the side-effects of this is that user accounts will now have to be unique across all 900 Wikimedia wikis. See the announcement for more information.
Unfortunately, your account clashes with another account also called Andreas.poeschek. To make sure that both of you can use all Wikimedia projects in future, we have reserved the name Andreas.poeschek~enwiki that only you will have. If you like it, you don't have to do anything. If you do not like it, you can pick out a different name. If you think you might own all of the accounts with this name and this message is in error, please visit Special:MergeAccount to check and attach all of your accounts to prevent them from being renamed.
Your account will still work as before, and you will be credited for all your edits made so far, but you will have to use the new account name when you log in.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Yours,
Keegan Peterzell
