I think in general this article does need tidying up and could be a bit more neutral in its style. I will try and do some work on it here. No offence meant Jim! --NHSavage 23:58, 15 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I consder this article wikified and now NPOV. IT could do with more work but it is no longer in the categoryies of wikify or npov

Why is this article here?
