This is not an appropriate article for a serious encyclopedia. --Spatz 07:30, 2 May 2004 (UTC)
- Please sign your post. I disagree, there is nothing wrong with this article as it now stands. If it grows into an anti-Coalition diatribe then it can be modified, but right now, keep it. RickK 22:22, 1 May 2004 (UTC)
- Keep. How exactly is it "not appropriate"? The events may be gruesome and disgusting, but they HAPPENED. Also, I don't see anything in the article that is not NPOV. --blankfaze 22:28, 1 May 2004 (UTC)
- Keep. -- Kaihsu 22:29, 2004 May 1 (UTC)
- Keep. Interesting one for me as a newbie. Obviously on paper we'd have to wait for the yearbook, so it's a culture shock to see that. But I think the immediacy is a good thing. However, clicking on images says "courtesy of Daily Mirror". Could they be CopyVio? --bodnotbod 22:30, May 1, 2004 (UTC)
- Seems entirely appropriate to me. Keep. --Ben Brockert 22:39, May 1, 2004 (UTC)
- Keep. But title should be changed to something more relevant to the subject. The present title isn't clear about whether the troops are abusing the rights of others, or whether the troops' rights are being abused. Perhaps the location and year could be added to the title - e.g. Human rights abuses by UK troops in Iraq in 2004 - MykReeve 22:44, 1 May 2004 (UTC)
- Thanks to Kaihsu for moving it. Alleged human rights abuses by UK troops in Iraq, 2004 makes far more sense. - MykReeve 22:59, 1 May 2004 (UTC)
- Great solution --bodnotbod 01:12, May 2, 2004 (UTC)
- Ok, seems like a reasonable solution. --Spatz 07:30, 2 May 2004 (UTC)

- Keep. This listing may just be a political complaint of some sort. Everyking 23:02, 1 May 2004 (UTC)

- merge with article Human rights situation in post-Saddam Iraq. These are important developments for the occupation of Iraq, we should not just describe them in little bits but concern ourselves with the bigger picture -- pir 14:35, 2 May 2004 (UTC)
- Merged by some kind soul. But I do not think putting the original photos of allegations there is appropriate for an encyclopedia. We can have a link to the photos on the site of the Daily Mirror. -- Kaihsu 17:41, 2004 May 3 (UTC)
