Herbert I. Mankiewitz?

[edit]

Hmm . . . I don't recall "Herbert I. Mankiewitz". I remember it being "Samuel L. Bronkowitz", espcially from the US DVD. Perhaps versions for different countries dubbed in different names? -- Ventura 20:59, 2004 Nov 15 (UTC)

Catholic High School Girls in Trouble

[edit]

I don't remember "Catholic School Girls in Trouble." Wasn't it "Catholic High School Girls in Trouble"? Frecklefoot | Talk 18:52, May 3, 2005 (UTC)

Trivia

[edit]

I removed the bit about Michael Richards' meltdown; it seemed like original research. --198.199.165.130 15:06, 17 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Opening Song

[edit]

Is there any information on the opening (and closing) song to the movie? It's a rendition of "Carioca" (from the film "Flying Down to Rio"). Any idea of the singer and group, and why this particular version was chosen for this movie? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.70.52.228 (talk) 15:15, 16 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The duo is called Jonathan and Darlene Edwards. There is more info on them at Jonathan and Darlene Edwards. Redcocksauce (talk) 22:25, 3 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Its Own Theater

[edit]

I heard the story (numerous times) that the film was originally shown in its own theater (because no one would exhibit it). Now, maybe the film in the story has been confused with The Groov Tube but... Gingermint (talk) 04:32, 21 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Big Jim Slade

[edit]

Big Jim Slade forwards to this article, but I don't see it mentioned anywhere... --82.170.113.123 (talk) 03:00, 12 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

...and that's who I came here looking for. I see this still isn't fixed. 71.171.89.90 (talk) 23:53, 8 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hevenu Shalom Aleichem

[edit]

This is the music that plays whenever Big Jim Slade appears. Does anyone know the performers of the version they use in the movie? Or any other information about the piece of music?

It is easy to find other versions of the song on the interweb, but I can't find the one they used in KFM

The version used in the movie is performed by the Israel Army Band and can be found on the album Chants d’Israel — Preceding unsigned comment added by 104.157.8.118 (talk) 14:45, 19 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
